The target market for this rental building is recent college graduates in the Lower East Side area of Manhattan, which has a very specific feel of industrial and repurposed spaces.  The amenities areas feature mixed furniture groupings and industrial lighting, with room for relaxation, yoga, studying, and gaming.  Reclaimed, repurposed, and salvaged materials are used throughout the building.
