This building is located in the historic Gastown area of Vancouver which inspired most of the concepts implemented into the design of the space.  From the building's history as a fruit and vegetable storage warehouse to the town's legacy of being a bustling and vibrant crossroads for locals and travelers alike, there was a lot to work with.  Unique break rooms on each floor encourage employees to move vertically throughout the building, with the intent to inspire cross-pollination of ideas and socializing.
